Short pilot terms
Each employee’s three credits expire 56 days after first use. Passes are named and non-transferable after redemption. Standard 24-hour rescheduling and appointment availability apply. Final quotation terms are confirmed through Xero. Read our Terms and Privacy Policy.

What is included, and how long are the credits valid?
The pilot covers five named employees, with three private 60-minute floats each. It costs £600 including VAT, and each employee has 56 days from their first visit to use all three credits.
How do booking, privacy and reporting work?
We begin with a company contact and preferred launch week. Names and email addresses are used only to create individual codes and provide booking support. Employees redeem and book privately through our live calendar; standard waiver and 24-hour rescheduling terms apply. On request, employers receive aggregate participation and completion totals only—never health, waiver or individual-session data.
Can you quote a different programme?
Yes. The £600 pilot is a defined first offer, while larger teams, mixed float-and-sauna programmes and service gifting are quoted separately according to scope.
