New to floating? Start with three

One float introduces it.
Three helps it click.

Warm Epsom-salt water supports you effortlessly while light, sound and gravity are dialled down. Your first session introduces the experience; across three floats, the unfamiliar begins to feel familiar.

Why start with three?

One introduces it. Three helps it click.

Floating has a learning curve. Three visits give your mind and body the repetition needed to recognise the space, settle sooner and discover what a regular float practice can feel like.

Meet the experience

Learn the pod, settle your senses and notice how your body responds.

Let go sooner

The unfamiliar becomes familiar, giving you more time to settle into the session.

Find your rhythm

Feel the cumulative value and decide how floating fits your wellbeing routine.

The starter pack is a one-off purchase for new customers. Complete all 3 private 60-minute sessions within 3 weeks and unlock 25% off your first month of RELAX, REVIVE or RENEW. Claim within 14 days of your third completed float; the three-month membership minimum applies.

Your first visit

Private, spacious and always in your control.

We explain everything before your session, then give you complete privacy. There is no single right way to float—adjust the light, music and lid until the space feels right for you.

Evidence, without the hard sell

Read the research in plain English.

Good to know

Questions before you book.

Clear answers, so your first visit feels straightforward.

Will the float pod feel claustrophobic?

Our Orbit pod is spacious, and you remain in control. You can keep the lid fully open, leave the internal light on and end the session whenever you choose.

What do I need to bring?

Bring yourself and anything you normally use after a shower. Towels, earplugs, shower products and the essentials for your float are provided in your private room.

How long is a float session?

We offer 60, 90 and 120-minute float sessions. The new-customer starter pack includes three private 60-minute floats.

Can two people float together?

Yes. Our Couples Float is a shared experience for two people in the same spacious Orbit pod. Single floats are private, and two separate appointments can also be arranged when availability allows.

What about small cuts or sensitive skin?

Salt water can sting fresh cuts, grazes and irritated skin. We provide sachets of petroleum jelly so you can create a barrier over small cuts. Postpone your session if you have an open or infected wound, and contact the centre if you are unsure.

Can I float while pregnant?

Many people find floating soothing during pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, and value the quiet opportunity to connect with their baby. Postpartum floating is also popular. Ask your midwife, doctor or another qualified clinician whether floating is appropriate for you before booking.
